Almodóvar Double Screening at the Meadows Museum

Experience the best of Spanish culture with food tastings, cinema, art-making projects, and the Meadows Museum’s unprecedented collection of Spanish art at “Celebrate Spain: Spanish Festival and Market” on Thursday, March 21, 4PM-8PM. The event is drop-in, and admission is free. Sponsored by the Tourist Office of Spain.

Among the highlights will be a preview of Spanish Cinema Now+ Dallas 2024, a summer film series presented in partnership with the Embassy of Spain and Dallas Film. Join Alex Garcia Topete, DIFF Lead Programmer, Latino and International Programming, for a screening of two short (30 min.) films by Pedro Almodóvar back-to-back in the Bob and Jean Smith Auditorium, STRANGE WAY OF LIFE, and THE HUMAN VOICE.*

* Screenings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are intended for mature audiences only.
